      you have to put them in your sims mod file.

      you have to download Keka and then get the custom content, copy it and then go to your mod folder and and paste the file into your mod folder

      umm actually you don't HAVE to download keka (also I don't mean to be rude its just if I find something that isn't a lie but isn't entirely true I have to correct it....sorry again if I was rude)

      download the cc
      take it from the downloads folder and put it into electronic arts, ts4, mods YOUR DONE!
