A Little Channel Update!

This year my main goal is to be a lot more consistent with not just my channel but the series I post on it! A lot has happened in the last 2-3 years and I've been pretty quiet about it but I am sure many of you know the general gist of it. In which to get through it in one piece I had to focus on myself and my kids to get us through to the other side.

IT'S BEEN HARD

Turns out, life is brutal sometimes and the events that have taken place

these past two years have not held back and that's okay! I've learned so much and I have become so much more resilient during the process and damn am I grateful for that.

Again if you KNOW what I've been through - You get it. In fact, I'd be willing to bet money that you'd be surprised I even was uploading at all. The truth is, a lot of you tell me each day how I make your lives better and in return, you all have the same effect on me. You've pulled me out of some pretty dark times. With your comments, words of affirmation, or just simply watch my content. It makes me feel like I have a place where I belong.

 To me, my channel isn't just a place where I post sims content but rather an actual part of my existence. My channel is A PART OF ME, which means you all are a part of me too. In many ways, I consider youtube my second family - since in actuality I don't really have a family aside from my mom, boyfriend, and kids.

WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THE OTHER LPS?

So you were probably brought here from The Pepper Legacy Create A Sim?

I was originally going to post an update video, but I figured it would be easier to get 

everything I wanted to say out here, and faster too. Since I LOVE TO TALK 😂

Ah, yes! A brand new series. For The Pepper Legacy, we're going to see where it takes us! I am VERY excited to experience this journey with our sim Obie, he's cute and mysterious! I love how he isn't some sort of SUPER HUNK, But just your average Joe.

Ever since we've been getting more frequent updates, I've been considering starting a very minimal MOD LP, given the fact every time we have an update it sets me back weeks because I use so many mods, that I have to wait until every last one is updated before I can film and usually when that happens - BOOM ANOTHER UPDATE. Also, the LAG IN THE SIMS 4, Has been HEAVY lately and mods DO NOT HELP. 

I've also been craving an LP where we just PLAY the game and do not feel restricted by any storyline or rules. I created Lucy aka the Castaway but stupidity, I started it with mods. The third episode in, we were lagging so bad I couldn't even film 5 minutes' worth of footage. 

This was the BREAKING POINT!

I decided to take a little break from the sims 4, we started up The Sims Life Stories, WHICH BY THE WAY. You should watch, we've got our own little family over there and I'm telling you I don't think I've EVER had so much fun or laughs filming a series!

The Frugal Foreman, IS STILL RUNNING! We are still in the "prequel" phase of our Rags to Riches Challenge, but we're almost there. I'm deciding which mods to keep and get rid of so I can continue the series as uninterrupted as possible. 

and NOW were starting up our new Unofficial Legacy! Which DOESN'T rely on mods, as heavily. Granted of course I still will use a few. The goal is to just have fun and to be consistent!
